Some feedback comments from workshop sessions…
I attended your seminar on April 8 and found it fantastic. I’m the teacher who spoke to you about the problems of identifying Dyslexia in students from NESB backgrounds. Thanks again for the PD. It was very thought provoking and inspiring.

Radmila’s workshop was interesting. It reminded me that we should aim to rethink our approach to the traditional classroom and it also gave me some useful tools to begin doing that. She outlined simple and immediate strategies to begin differentiating the classroom. I also found Radmila to be engaging and respectful in her delivery and approach. I felt she genuinely connected with the group as a whole by taking time to listen and respond with humility but confidence.
Thanks, Caleb
I’m writing to request several of the checklists you mentioned on Friday, but I would also like to thank you for the most useful professional learning I have attended in years. Once again, thank you.

I had such a great time on Friday, thank you again. It is funny, I found another PL I would like to attend from the blue sheet you gave out and it happens to be one of yours again! Haha

Thank you for a liberating presentation on Tuesday evening at Bialik. It was a great opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with fellow colleagues and you provided much ‘food for thought’. I would love a copy of your presentation, please, as there were some great ideas that I can share in my department.
– Jeanette
Thank you so much for the PD yesterday - it was one of the most interesting and useful SPELD PDs that I have attended. I'm just about to look at the Edwin Ellis site with the librarian, I'm very excited about how we can use it in both the primary and secondary schools. Lastly, towards the end, the excellent slide on predicting, approx 150. I haven't seen such a nice way into higher order thinking for my secondary students as this. Thank you and with my regards, Greta
‘Better understanding of Dyslexia’ ‘Your wonderful visual images in the presentation (were most valuable)’
